These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Sam Blossom Bloom website and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms.

Sam Blossom Bloom is a South African online retailer of authentic herbal wellness tonics for men. Our registered operations are based in Durban, South Africa.

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation is not an acceptance of your offer; it is merely a record that we have received your order.

A contract is formed only when we dispatch the products to you and send a shipping confirmation.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

We accept payment via the secure checkout methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

In the event of a pricing error on the website, we will contact you and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.

We offer free fast delivery nationwide within 4–6 working days for qualifying orders. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping are charged a flat R99 delivery fee, displayed at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

If you are not in love with your order, you may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at 0813981419 / koreanskinlab@gmail.com with your order details. We will provide a return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned products. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Our products are intended for external use as directed on the packaging. Please read all ingredient lists and usage instructions before use.

If you have a known allergy, sensitive skin, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before using any new cosmetic product.
