You may return any unopened product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We believe in the quality of our K-beauty and feminine care products, so we make it easy to shop with confidence.

How to return an item

Step 1

Email 0813981419 / koreanskinlab@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.

Step 2

Send it back

Pack the unopened items securely in their original packaging and send them to the return address we provide.

Step 3

Receive your refund

Once we inspect the items, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Eligible for return

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Items returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products in resalable condition
  • Damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours

Not eligible

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals or missing packaging
  • Items returned after 14 days
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

Refund timeline

Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the items to confirm they are unopened and in resalable condition. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item sent by us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless we have confirmed a fault on our side.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
