Free fast delivery

Qualifying orders ship free across South Africa with delivery in 4–6 working days.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Nationwide coverage

We deliver to all major cities, towns, and outlying areas within South Africa.

Delivery coverage

We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is coming soon. All orders are dispatched from our Durban location and delivered via a trusted courier network.

Delivery timeframes

  • Major cities: 4–6 working days from dispatch.
  • Regional and outlying areas: 5–8 working days from dispatch.
  • All timeframes are estimates and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Free shipping threshold

  • Bundle and qualifying orders are shipped free of charge.
  • Single-item orders that do not qualify for a promotion are charged a flat R99 delivery fee.
  • The delivery fee is calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

Order tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it is dispatched.
  • Tracking details are included in the dispatch email where available from our courier partner.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us.

Address accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery at an additional shipping cost.

Damaged or lost parcels

  • Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address provided.
  • If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please photograph the packaging and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Lost parcels must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.
